If I can give a zero I would. I had passed out fallen flat on my face. Ambulance took me to SW. My hands were burning. Seriously felt like they were on fire. They did a CT head scan, both hands x-rayed. Nothing wrong they said. Could hardly sleep. Still burning hands. Next day, went to my Hospital Cleveland Clinic. CT scan again as well as hands x-rayed. Fractured spine, was put in a neck brace immediately
Sitting in the emergency room and a bed bug was crawling on me!!
The most amazing group of people I met from the ER to getting an ultrasound and x-rays these women and men that work here care about people the service was exceptional they were attentive to my needs and feelings do not trust some of these reviews because I did not experience any of it Southwest is amazing they care about your feelings and your needs and the wait time was not what the reviews were saying you cannot come into an ER and expect to be in and out but I did not wait a long time or was here a long time you have to ... read more
