Worst er on the planet! They wasted millions of dollars on a crap er. I have been waiting 2 hours and may go blind because they dont care about paitents. The front counter is no help and very stand off ish. No one should evever come here
Worst ER experience ever. If you are a migraine sufferer in dire pain--DON'T EXPECT HELP! They will give basically a Tylenol, then bill your insurer $732! F-! Had to go to Parma ER afterward and get the demerol I needed. The doctor wouldn't help me (I don't go to the ER that often either)--this was a total screwing!
Treats emergency room customers poorly – I could hardly walk so I parked in an empty ambulance bay. A policeman move your car. I tossed my keys to him underhand and went in. There were 2 admission ladies inside 1 got up and left.The pman I believe he was Dave badge number 24 came back and said I am not going to be !* like you were I am going to hand your keys back and not throw them at you.We fussed.
