Long wait times and they aren't even busy. This is the 2nd time in a row that I've waiting about 30-35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The most recent visit was a follow up that last ed all of 5 minutes (maybe), which the nurse practitioner even admitted was unnecessary and could've been done over the phone. Then they had the audacity to charge $210...for a 5 minute appt! And when I called and expressed my unhappiness I was told there was no appeal process and if you don't pay we will send this to collection. Wh... read more
Staff don't answer your phone call. They missed my endoscopy order, which makes me think that they don't check their fax either. Not sure what they are doing... Choose other doctor offices if you can. You'll regret if you go with this one.
I was there with my husband because he had to be seen here. The people that work there were very understanding and pleasant to talk to.
