Dr. Balko is phenomenal!
This was possibly one of the worst doctor’s visits I have ever had!! The wait time was incredibly long and the staff was extremely rude. The staff member who schedules the procedures was very dismissive and had an unprofessional attitude. I am a student who lives away from family. I do not have as much flexibility when it comes to scheduling procedures but I did let her know about my availabilities and she completely dismissed it and appeared annoyed. The staff is excellent very friendly everyone of them.
The VA forces veterans to utilize this office and my wife has been there several times. I know a doctors office can be busy and run behind. But this is by far the worst that I’ve experienced. It doesn’t matter what time you show up for your appointment the staff will have you waiting for multiple hours, and if you ever actually get called back before you have to just leave because you’ve already waited so long, the doctor will keep you trapped in the office for another hour at least.
