Don't know who Mike is or why he speaks to customers the way he does especially knowing the shady stuff SW Gas does especially facing scrutiny from regulatory bodies regarding its rate requests, customer service practices, and safety measures (they buy old pipes for high heat areas and let them leak). I have had Southwest Gas for many many many years. I have never been so disappointed as I have this week. 👎👎👎
Todd and Brian responded within 15 minutes to a gas emergency. Turns out our range is defective and leaking gas. They isolated the issue within minutes and provided top notch next steps advice. Totally excellent service with a big safety component. Our big thanks.
Worst service ever. Literally waited around all day for a tech to come out, he finally arrived after 5pm. Once he arrived I told him to hang tight for 5 minutes so I could get the landlord to unlock the door to the hot water heater. The tech says okay. I go get the landlord and while walking back to my unit I see the tech driving away. SERIOUSLY?!?! You make your customers wait DAYS without gas but you can’t even wait 5 minutes. I didn’t even want to give this company one star. I moved from Oregon and I will tell you this place is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE compared to Oregon’s NW Natural Gas. Literally we called them to have service hooked up in our house on a weekday morning and she told us the next available appointment would be 4 days away and I said ma’am we have no hot water, no heat, no stove top for cooking, do you have any emergency services?
