Southwest Gas is not off to a good start with me. I had an appointment to start service and within 30 seconds of receiving a text that the tech was on his way I received another that there was a gas emergency and my appointment was cancelled. When I called I was given the runaround and told they couldn’t tell me when someone would arrive. Coming out to a customers home and advising them that they won’t be able to have their gas turned on after you have received payment by noon, is absolutely ridiculous and inhumane! Making them wait a full weekend for it is evil. I wish you the same energy you give to others.
Had my services disconnected. I made the required pmt to have services turned back on today Thursday, only to be told I have to wait till Monday for services to be turned on. I was then told if I pay $80.00 , services can be turned on today or $40.00 for tomorrow. I can't believe these greedy ppl.
I had services put on. They never sent me a bill for like 23 months. They do not put my right space number. All of a sudden I get a call to disconnect their not very good with billing.
