Had my services disconnected. I made the required pmt to have services turned back on today Thursday, only to be told I have to wait till Monday for services to be turned on. I was then told if I pay $80.00 , services can be turned on today or $40.00 for tomorrow. I can't believe these greedy ppl.
I had services put on. They never sent me a bill for like 23 months. They do not put my right space number. All of a sudden I get a call to disconnect their not very good with billing.
I am so grateful for Swgas. My water heater went out ,water was every where I didn't know what to do my neighbor told me about a program they had I went on line and applied. It was a process you must go through yet my water heater was still leaking. I finally got a call from them I spoke to Judith Smith she was so kind and understanding she explained the progress to me and said she would try and progress my paper quickly as she could due to me age and not having hot water for weeks she was God sent.
