Billing has been fine, this review is for the customer service. Lacking in resolution resolve. Offered no assistance other than you're on your own.
The worst ,
Pay your bill get your natural gas, put the utility bill in your name and get your beach and ski pass from ivgid... Yahoo you to are now a Tahoe local yocal.. don't feed the bears, clean up after yourself/pack it in pack it out/Keep Tahoe Blue, shop local and send people on Around Tahoe Tours...
Southwest changed my account number without informing me. Electronic bill pay doesn’t work without the correct account number. They dug up the street in front of my house several months ago and never repaired the street. They just left it! No one answers the phone when you call them. If possible I would give them less than one star!
