Since my very first interaction with this company they were very difficult to deal with to set up service, set up automatic payment, processing of payment l. Recently I called to find out my balance because I didn’t get a bill for 2 months they were so annoying verifying my information.
Still to this date..I can not talk to a REAL LIVE HUMAN! I can not get any REAL solution! This is what corporations are doing to the customers. This kind of treatment should be illegal!
I spent so much money on my gas bill over the past 5 years. They're charging WAY TOO MUCH! I will never be able to get ahead with them. I'm so upset that my thermostat is set at 68 degrees, and my bill is STILL 300.00$
We were on a payment plan and they randomly shut our gas off. Now we have to pay the bill plus a reconnection fee and a down payment. We don’t even have the money for… We don’t know what to do. They shut it off 15 minutes before they closed…
