Still to this date..I can not talk to a REAL LIVE HUMAN! I can not get any REAL solution! This is what corporations are doing to the customers. This kind of treatment should be illegal!
I spent so much money on my gas bill over the past 5 years. They're charging WAY TOO MUCH! I will never be able to get ahead with them. I'm so upset that my thermostat is set at 68 degrees, and my bill is STILL 300.00$
We were on a payment plan and they randomly shut our gas off. Now we have to pay the bill plus a reconnection fee and a down payment. We don’t even have the money for… We don’t know what to do. They shut it off 15 minutes before they closed…
Honestly nothing but problems from me and the community, constantly hiking up prices. We are looking for new ways to heat the water and home. Switching to electric may be the only option. I really wish there was another company to choose from to possibly make prices more competitive rather than a monopoly. Quite a shame that a house less than 1000 sq ft cost 250 a month with such a warm year
