Worst customer service evet, sorry my property has gas, avoid this company if you ca.
Expect to be waiting for well over a week just so they can tell you oh everything is pending because someone 4 months before you moved in ran a bill. They don't care if u can cook food for ur family for shower
Technician never showed up. Customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful. I wouldn't use them if you had a choice
I am the Home Owner and am Moving and Southwest Gas will not allow me to shutoff my gas.. No way for me to prove I am the homeowner They say because I am not the person on the account of the home there is nothing they can do.. Absolute BS I OWN THE HOME...
Terrible customer experience. No alert ahead of time for when the technician is arriving, forced to reschedule multiple times. No way to contact the technicians. Glad we have these monopoly utilities though!
