Just move in and they shut off my gas. It will take them 5 days to turn back my gas on. I have kid in the house. I need to cook laundry and shower. This should be illegal
One star is to high and why would they care. Are you going to get gas from anywhere else? Bad service is an understatement. If there were any competition they would be bankrupt in hours.
And I thought Cox Cable was Bad....... Sad to say Southwest Gas is more than likely a Race for the TIE...... !!!! 9 times out of ten I'm not able to pay my bill.....bill pay doesn't work says ERROR OR CAN NOT PROCESS THIS AT THE MOMENT WHICH MAKES ONES BILL FALL INTO THE LATE BRACKET AND we are charged a late fee... for their technical FAILURES ...this has been going on FOREVER... Already off to a bad start. Its been two days without gas turned on. I have a gas water heater so that means i have no hot water. I expect that when i make an appointment that they show up. Day number 2 and i called their cs hotline, they said they will send someone right away and they would be there hour and a half maximum. Its been over 2 hours, its 8pm, still nobody showed up. They do this crap because they can, there isnt another gas company i can choose from. Horrible service.
