My dad and I went to this location thinking that we could speak with a human being and not only did we not speak with anyone because the main entrance door was locked. There is a sign on the door stating that bills can be paid at kiosk inside of the Sierra Vista mall. We went to the mall to the kiosk and found that the kiosk was not accepting credit card payments. Needless to say, we left disappointed and upset, we wound up paying bill via telephone. Please, make the process more customer friendly.
You can't get in there for any reason. The only way to get service is to call an 800 number and wait
had problem with resetting my payment date! Because of when I’m payed! This month they caused me to not have money to buy food ,shame on you southwest gas!their policies are terrible, unhappy customer.
They're the absolute worst with customer service. Had trouble with logging on to account and there is literally no one to assist at the physical location, the 800# and online. Very frustrating
