They're the absolute worst with customer service. Had trouble with logging on to account and there is literally no one to assist at the physical location, the 800# and online. Very frustrating

Got on the coyl program in sierra vista stopped at the house tested our service and found a leak within 20 hrs had new service installed and meter the crew was awesome thank you for your hard work and quick response
Was charged a $500 deposit despite the fact that I was paying as much as I could when I got my check once a month. I have lira through them. They listen to nothing. They are a price gouging greedy company! Looking to screw over the next retired person! Disgusting company.
