I spent 2hrs trying to PAY my bill. Transferred but no help I have NEVER even been late Worse service ever
It's so simple to go to Google and change your company's payment address do this is a gas company you cannot make payments management is not managing
Terrible company, waiting for multiple days to get gas turned on, tech comes out, knocks once, doesnt ring bell, leaves notice and leaves have to wait 4 more days for another appt and nothing i an do about it because monopoly on the system and wont let me turn the gas on myself
