In 2025 you would THINK that they could provide a service window OR call or text to say they are on their way. NOPE. Not with SW Gas. I had an appt for a service tech to come out to install an upgraded meter and I was in the backyard with my pool guy. Cars in the driveway. Me and the pool guy talking in the yard. I come into the house and find a note on the front door with saying ‘called, no answer and no one home’. Bullshit. I looked at missed calls and had none. Never heard anyone. Now I have to wait another week.
I spent 2hrs trying to PAY my bill. Transferred but no help I have NEVER even been late Worse service ever
It's so simple to go to Google and change your company's payment address do this is a gas company you cannot make payments management is not managing
