Shouldn't have to struggle to find a way to pay my gas bill. This is way too far to expect me to drive. Don't charge me debit card fees when you so clearly do not provide easy access to paying my bill without a fee.
Just moved into a new home and, without any notice or even a knock at the door, someone came and shut off our gas on Friday. I tried calling multiple times over the weekend, but every time I selected the option to speak with a representative, the call was immediately disconnected. Completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating experience.
One of the worst companies I've delt with
Better than Mesa gas.
