Just had a random subcontractor try and attempt to enter my backyard on private property without a work order, with no cause, and no homeowner notification within 24 hours. Came home and was told they need check gas line, no context, no issue or reason why. Called customer service to verify and understand the situation. Probably one of the worst utility companies I’ve ever dealt with. I paid my account and I get a notice saying I didnt. I have the confirmation and it showing debited out of my account. They want me to pay them a deposit for their mess up. Horrible. I wish I could switch companies but I can’t
They charge you a service fee to pay your bill every month. This is ridiculous!
