Just moved into a new home and, without any notice or even a knock at the door, someone came and shut off our gas on Friday. I tried calling multiple times over the weekend, but every time I selected the option to speak with a representative, the call was immediately disconnected. Completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating experience.

fixed my brothers leaks within moments of arrival, even found a second one and fixed that too. my brother feels safe again thx!!
