Was charged for an extra month after I moved out and shut off the gas line to our house. They said it was because the weren’t able to get a tech out there until the following week. Was charged for a full month even though the meter was at a stand still after I moved out
I don’t understand how it takes a whole week for one person to come out and turn a gas meter on.. the team completely stinks and when you explain to them that “hey I need gas because xyz doesn’t work” all they can say is, “I’m so sorry”. I asked them if there was any cancellation/standby list and all they could say was “oh that would be a good idea”.. no duh mfer. They need to hire a whole new staff or something.
Whoever schedules their techs are morons. I scheduled service to be turned on for my apartment. I move in on a Saturday so, they had to schedule it for Friday bc they don’t work weekends. They show up before the apt office opens. They say they cant gain access then leaves. And now can’t reschedule til the following Tuesday. Why show up when you know there wont be able to get access??
