I have been asking Beth King Phillips for AT LEAST 5 years to remove me from her email list. She absolutely refuses to do it. This is a bad company to work with, they ended up cause of most of the issues I had when closing on my house and they ended up costing me money because they were incapable of underwriting in a timely manner.
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Beth when purchasing our new home in November 2021. We bought our first home a little later than normal, as we are both 31 with three kiddos. We waited so long because we did not know it was possible, I thought we had to have perfect credit and payment history, I thought we had to be perfect. Beth is awesome! She came in and rescued our loan/home purchase from another lender and exceeded my expectations by far!!! She had a very short timeframe to pick up the broken pieces and get the loan done in time and she did it!! She is amazing. She’s very responsive and has great communication skills. Beth King was incredible to work with. She is tenacious about getting work done for her customers. She took what seemed like an impossible situation and made it possible! She also communicated with us regularly throughout the process. I’d work with her anytime!
Everything about working with Beth was wonderful! She was kind, patient and got us to closing really quickly. We saved over $300 on our refi! Call her - you won't be disappointed!
