TERMINATE YOUR DRIVERS, ESPECIALLY THE ONE PULLING T1180 ON I57, 02/21 4pm. Blocking 🚫 the passing lane, on his phone, throwing his hands all over the place, not maintaining a speed at all. I literally called the State Police but I had to turn off before they caught up to him.
They damaged (POD was signed and pictures provided) - and denied the claim. They apparently are allowed to damage a shipment and you can't do anything about it. Terrible service both - transit service and customer service. I'd recommend not using them unless you are able to cover the costs of their damage.
