Southwest Foundation Repair out of Ferris Texas did an excellent job leveling my pier and beam house. All of the workers were professional. The gentleman that gave the estimate was professional and polite. He answered all my questions professionally. They made sure all doors and windows close. All doors in the house would not close all the way. The living room floor was bucking. They corrected that. They showed up on time and got to work not waisting any time correcting the problems. I had some unexpected settling on some foundation work that was done about 15 years ago. One phone call and within a few days there was a crew at my house. Very professional work, respectful of our property, clean (even removing boots when coming inside), and fixed my issues the same day without question. We used Dave 20 years ago to level our office. It got bad again 20 years later and they sent a crew of 6 to fix it. An entire day's work. When finished I asked what I owed. Nothing was the response. Nothing. It was a small job 20 years ago. It cost them more to come out this time than I paid for the original job. I didn't have a receipt nor was I asked. That's customer service buddy.

Bad experience, I regret the time and money spent on this project. Customer service is mediocre as long as you can get a hold of the owner. Professionalism is questionable on the labor crews. Do not recommend to my friends.
