I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Since moving to Naples last year I have had numerous very positive interactions with them, from monthly service to upgrading one whole house RO system and the installation of a second system to my guest house. Sandy is the best, he is polite, friendly and very professional. His is an extremely hard worker and his expertise has been very evident, he is willing to explain everything. Recommend without hesitation.
They installed our system and I reached out to them about an error code we were having. Sent several messages, called several times. Was told they would come look at the system after advising I would get my lawyer involved. They never showed up. Called again and they haven't returned any calls. System should be under warranty as it was installed 2 months ago. They did not provide any paperwork or information on the system.
I highly recommend this guy he is honest and very trustworthy he tested my water and built a system specifically for my home and it cost me way less than what other people would have charged me. Very honest guy
Absolutely worst customer service with any business I’ve dealt with. They told me they would get back to me the next day multiple times for approx. two weeks instead of being upfront and not accepting the job for whatever reason. Probably a blessing. I did not get service from them because from the phone interaction alone they clearly aren’t a reputable and or professional organization. 0-10 highly do not recommend!
