They are not trustworthy. They contracted to do 2 spray coats. In areas that were tight they brushed one coat. They claim it was heavier. When we disputed it they threatened to put a lien on the condo association if not paid immediately. We have come to find out this is a some what common practice so please be very careful in your dealings with them
