DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Horrible experience. They were great at first, but after just a few visits, Tylor stopped coming at all after Feb 7th. I developed what looked like sand banks in the bottom of the pool- turns out it was precipitated Calcium. I contacted him to tell him about it on 3/5 and he said he would be out on Monday 3/7. He never showed and stopped responding to all requests for contact. They have been charging my bank account twice a month, though it was only supposed to be once a month. Please DO NOT USE this business for your pool service. We paid him to service 2 of our properties and paid him 1st month in advance, at his request. There was a delay on our part for 1 pool. He serviced 1 pool on Dec. 10th and never came back to service either pool. I reached out several times and after a week he returned a text saying his phone was broken and he was coming on Friday to service both pools.
