Dr. Ball is very skilled and the treatment plan has been very successful. Stephanie the P A I see is professional, engaging, and listens to what I am experiencing. She develops a treatment plan that she discusses with Dr. Ball. All the nurses and staff are professional and friendly.Highly recommend.

Beware coming to this place, you need to bring a lunch to this pain center, had a 2:30 appointment didn't get out of the office until 4:30 these places will charge you if you don't show up but my time is just as important as their time are they going to deduct 80%of the bill for not keeping a schedule appointment, don't want to here they are busy, stop cramming 8 people for the same time slot, this is time I am never going to get back

Expect to wait an hour to get in. 😴 I have been a patient here for 10 years. Since Dr. Valente retired, this place has gone downhill fast. Too many reasons to comment.
