They don't return calls. Im supposed to get a medical proceedure performed. I have called numerous times over 3 weeks and left messages and the person that handles that to find out on the status has not returned my call. I know for a fact the insurance had approved it.

Dr. Ball is amazing! He has really helped me with my arthritis. I get routine injections as well as radio frequency ablation. I highly recommend South West Florida Pain Center and Dr. Ball..
I admit, I should’ve made this Google review back in May when Southwest Florida Pain Center took me as a new patient , but my PCP fell out of my insurance network as I had an HMO at the time, so the authorization didn’t go through. Adrianna went above and beyond, all day trying to get the approval, and the doctor’s went above and beyond to take me on as a patient to help me In my time of need.
