Had my consultation about a month ago but have not heard a word back from them. My medical clearance was faxed to them but still waiting to make an appointment. They received the test results, but had to call to find this out. No notification letting you know what they received and what they still need. You are on your own here. Now it is almost 2 months, called again to find out they haven’t received the medical clearance from cardiologist. My tooth is starting to bother me at this point. I was shocked at seeing some of the other reviews as this hasn’t been my experience with them. They have been amazing to me, the front desk, billing and most of all Dr Satz and his nursing assistant. I truly feel for the first time in 40 years i may actually get help. Super impressed with their up to date office and technology. It’s a keeper. UPDATE: mouth piece is helping me!! Yay me!

I went to Dr Satz more than 12 years ago for TMJ. He took my money, that my insurance was to cover and never submitted and I am still waiting for him to return my phone calls. I would never recommend this Dr for anything in
