I contacted SWF Home Inspections needing a quick inspection. The next day I had the inspector at my home and hours later I had the report to forward to my insurance company. Tremendous, quick & professional service. I cannot thank them enough. I would not hesitate to use them again.

April 2023. I found water intrusion under my hardwood floors. **** came to inspect for mold right away. He was extremely professional, informative, detailed, and clear. He kept me informed on what he found or did not find; and on when I would receive the lab results form his samples. I was extremely satisfied with the job **** did in determining if I had mold, or not, in my home. I highly recommend him.

3-12-21. We bought a house in Cape Coral and had a tight schedule. Kyle got on it right away for us and did a very thorough job. Very detailed report and very professional. I felt the price was very fair for the amount of work and time it took to get it done. Would highly recommend Kyle and Tamara for your home inspections

Dec -2019 We had a serious mold issue in our villa. Kyle did a complete inspection in an effort to locate the source of the mold. He and his team were meticulous and it was suggested that we have our roof check for a possible leak (water intrusion)? As it turns out there was in fact a leak, it was corrected and then we had a complete remediation done. Post remediation Kyle came back and did more air sample tests and the mold was eradicated! Southwest Florida Home Inspections is a very professional company. They accommodated our schedule and promptly responded to my initial inquiries via email. We met Kyle, the owner when he completed the inspection on site. I had numerous questions and he answered every question in precise detail. Kyle was so easy to talk to. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. We had his full inspection report via email within one hour of the inspection. I highly recommend Southwest Florida Home Inspections.

On very short notice we called Tami and Kyle to see if they could do a condo inspection for us. Tami was very professional in giving us the services and costs. She did what needed to be done to accommodate our time schedule and got the inspection done during our brief stay in Ft. Myers. Kyle was proficient, and thorough in his inspection.
