My experience at Southwest Florida Eye Care was absolutely great. From getting prepped with Amy who was so thorough I told her you do more than most practitioners, her professionalism made me very confident I was in an office with high standards. Dr Marhue is a great communicator he educated me on transitioning lenses made very comfortable with my choices. When it came time to select frames Melissa was wonderful she was very patient with me. Dr. Marhue and nurses are great but front desk staff are awful - not friendly or kind. Terrible first impression in any client-facing business (let’s be clear, this is a business).
