Everyone was very nice, especially the nurses, but I had issues with administration. On day one, I couldn’t pay because the computer was down, and they told me to call the next day. When I called, the main office refused to take my payment or transfer me to my branch, telling me to wait for a letter that never came. Weeks later, I went in person to pay, only to find out my glasses hadn’t even been sent out because they were waiting for my payment. When I finally got the glasses, my vision was heavily distorted. I love my doctor he is the only reason I am still with your firm however that too may change. I do not like your new appointment setters. They are incompetent and do not know their job nor do the serve in the best interest of the patients. I pray this will change as I fear in an emergency they will be of no help at all. As a result you are forcing me to change eye doctors. Please bring back appointment setter the way it was. This new way may save you money but it will cost you patients and in the long run you loose. Easy check in, reasonable wait.time. Tammy did my work up, very pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr Marhue is extremely pleasant. Took the time to explain my test results, medications including directions also provided recommendations for different types of eyeglasses. Allowed ample time for questions. This was a very pleasant experience.Check out and scheduling fast and efficient
