We had our home for less than two years. We have cracks in our ceilings, major plumbing issues, not to mention they put an air conditioning unit in the home that was too small. Buyer beware do not use these crooks.
When I had buyers looking to build a new home, we visited several local builders. After meeting with Larry & Danny of Southwest Florida Dream Builders, and seeing the quality of their work, and what they include which other builders consider upgrades, the choice was easy. During the construction process, questions were answered quickly, things progressed well, and allowing the buyer to make their own selections of many items makes it feel more of a custom home. I do not recommend this building company. We have a home less than a year old with cracks in our ceilings that they refused to fix.
