I had a great experience at SW Florida Center for Hearing and Balance. Dr. Mercer helped my Mother in Law years ago which is why I personally came to get tested. Right away at the front desk I was warmly greeted by Valerie. Dr. Major did my full and complete testing and my evaluation. She was personable and very thorough in testing me. My wife and I will be returning to discuss what hearing device will be best for me. I am looking forward to hearing well again. Thank you All. Mark H.
