I’ve just finished three weeks of the most challenging and rewarding training of my life at Southwest Fire Academy. I recently graduated from Southwest Fire Academy and had an incredible 20 days there. I learned an immense amount about the fire service and what it truly takes to be a firefighter. The instructors were all outstanding. Cameron, Spencer, Joe, Jason, Brian, Chief Mason and Brad were phenomenal. They genuinely cared about helping us learn, understand, and grow. Amazing school. Amazing facilities. Even better Instructors. Their Pre-Service Program was one of the best experiences of my life. It’s not just about passing your OFM examinations, but also about building a strong foundation to help you prepare for the real world. Their instructors hold an extremely high standard which makes it feel even better when you graduate the program. I cannot say enough good things about Jesse and his team here at Southwest.
