Purchased hot tub at end of November, delivered early December. Information provided at time of inquiry was very good. All dealings with Luke were very positive. Team delivered and set up hot tub under unfavorable wintry weather, impressive delivery and install process. No mess left, all packaging taken away. Support has been very good. After using tub for 3 weeks aches and pains are minimal and husbands blood pressure is way down. Should have bought hot tub years ago. :).
