5/5 stars, would give 6 if I could. The best family doctor I’ve had the privilege of being a patient at. Specifically, Dr. Geddes is absolutely incredible. She is so kind, knowledgeable, and actually cares for your well being. I’ve never had a doctor who takes the time to actually talk to you on a personal level and makes an effort to get to know you. Thank you, Dr. Geddess, and the Southwest Family Health Care team for being top tier!

Dr. Martini is good and professional, but everything else about this clinic is a mess. The front desk staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. There is one particular blonde woman in the staff member (around late 40s–50s) who consistently has an attitude, talks down to patients, and makes every interaction unnecessarily hostile. It’s unacceptable behavior for a medical clinic. On top of that, the doctor is only available twice a week, in the middle of the day, which is completely unrealistic — especially if you live far ... read more
