Always a great experience with my doctor and nurses! Southwest family health team has always been great to me & my family! Receptionist is always nice as well. Always clean office and respectful staff
5/5 stars, would give 6 if I could. The best family doctor I’ve had the privilege of being a patient at. Specifically, Dr. Geddes is absolutely incredible. She is so kind, knowledgeable, and actually cares for your well being. I’ve never had a doctor who takes the time to actually talk to you on a personal level and makes an effort to get to know you. Thank you, Dr. Geddess, and the Southwest Family Health Care team for being top tier!

Dr. Martini is good and professional, but everything else about this clinic is a mess. The front desk staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. There is one particular blonde woman in the staff member (around late 40s–50s) who consistently has an attitude, talks down to patients, and makes every interaction unnecessarily hostile. It’s unacceptable behavior for a medical clinic.
