I am extremely disappointed with the service from the Southwest Family Guidance Center. My stepson was in urgent need of their help during a family crisis, and instead of support, we faced rude and unprofessional behavior from the employees and even the manager. In such an overwhelming time for our family, their lack of assistance was unacceptable. My nephew sought assistance from Southwest Guidance Center, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support we received. Instead of genuine help, we faced argumentative, rude, and unprofessional behavior. The well-being of a child should have been treated with the utmost seriousness and professionalism. Instead, we were met with what felt like a circus act, showcasing a shocking lack of competence. This situation is unacceptable and demands attention!

If you're looking for help during a crisis, Southwest family guidance center is the last place you want to call for help. Stay clear away from this horrible entity. Southwest Guidance Centers is supposed to be a professional entity. As a former employee, I really learned a lot from Dr. Pierce and Mary. SWFGC is a great place to work and internship. Dr. Pierce has mentored some many former employees that they now have their own successful business. He goes above and beyond to help staff and all clients.
