This place is a joke. They enjoy dangling services to people and families in need, take months to set up "intake"(2 hours of paperwork) all to say- we can't help you. That intake is what they use to disqualify you from thier program. I honestly believe these people are just there to be paid and look down on families while wagging thier fingers at you. Don't expect anything and you won't be disappointed.

Ernie was rude and unhelpful. There was no follow up or confirmation with appointments. They neglected to send an email to us. This is a facility that should be trying to help people. I do not recommend sending anyone to this place.

The lack of communication and follow up is awful. My child was receiving services here. The therapist she was seeing decided to go into private practice and was not willing to accept insurance only private pay. We were informed of this a week before they were leaving. I have tried multiple times to contact them to get my child seen by a different provider and have had no calls returned. There are no words to describe how disgusting this. You playing with peoples lives.

I would give a 0 if I could. Didnt do anything they said they would do. They dont need a job or their degrees.
