Just a brilliant and caring team
Everyone else was professional except Dr Low. Very unprofessional and blaming patients for not doing eye tests to best of ability and then hurrying me away from the appointment. I will never be back. Very invalidating. He wouldn’t explain to me in layman’s terms what was going on with my eye so I didn’t understand a word. Luckily I had my support worker with me who took notes. Also he was on personal calls when in my appointment.
The dr is amazing highly recommend his work attitude and care. HOWEVER the reception staff are incompetent and appear not to be very professional. Using patients names while on the phone and states their problem loud enough for patients waiting to hear. The when asked why the wait is longer than 1 hour. They stated they had no idea this was going to happen. REALLY you can not see over a period of time that a dr is running late consistently the next visits consequently will be late.
