I need to leave this review to spare others the hassle I just went through. The services in this office are great. But the communication and the billing are horrendous. I been going here for 3 1/2 years. But not anymore. My last appointment was in May 2024. When I checked out they told me I owe $150.00 for that day. Paid in full at that time. 12/16 my wife had her first of two cataract surgeries which went fine. The next day she had a follow up appointment, and a week later she had another follow up appointment, then another a week after the first. She had her second cataract surgery on 1/7 with a follow up scheduled for 1/8, however we’d canceled out on what would have been a three week follow up two day prior to the second cataract surgery as neither of us felt like sitting in an office waiting a half hour for a five minute appointment… Doctors office couldn’t ... read more
