We sent all insurance info before the visit. At the reception, they said we didn't need to pay anything for the visit. But we had to pay $52 for the optical glasses prescription. That is ok. However... a month later we received a statement for $42.85. I called the billing dept to find out why do they want money from us. They were rude. I will ask my husband to call them. Very disappointing.
