My toddler was the patient and Dr. Berry was exceptional; truly, amazing to see at work! She was incredibility patient in working with a one year old, provided me basic understanding of what was happening and what to look for in the future.
The Dr was great, but the billing department was terrible. I had to ask repeatedly to try and get the information I requested regarding the cost of a procedure the Dr wanted to perform. After not having the information requested provided to me despite multiple requests I demanded to have the information and then the individual I was speaking to refused to attempt to help me any further and transferred me to their manager who did not answer the phone, and did not call me back in a timely manner.
