I was happy with my exam. The issue I had was when my exam was completed . I was directed out to the lobby to pay mu bill. I was not provided sunglasses for my dialated eyes or any information about my visit. I was not offered an opportunity to buy glasses either which I was interested in purchasing. I felt like a herded animal rushed out without care or concern for my safety. I walked without the sun glasses and could not see for well over ten minutes. Just disappointed. 😔
Dr. Paul Sanchez is an excellent doctor; not only in his capabilities as an ophthalmologist but he is a great person. He’s caring, and always takes his time with each patient. Thank you to Dr. Sanchez and the entire team at Southwest Eye care.
