One of the most incompetent staff i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. First off they cannot comprehend basic english, they didnt know how to spell simple vocabulary words pertaining to their work or everyday life like "tongue" and "lip". They know even know the right address to the clinic and are way too informal to their patients to its condescending and weird, but most annoying is the fact that they make you jump thru hoops to get seen and make it hard for you if youre using health insurance because they refus... read more

I have left more than 3 messages to get my nasal surgery over the past weeks and I can never get a call back. Is there another way? Are they closing ? It’s very discouraging
Love calling and leaving voice mails just to never hear back. And what's the point of the automated system saying your office hours end at 5pm when the phones switch the emergency only after 4pm?
