Had to call 4 seperate times to get them to tell me why their website wasnt processing our card. first three times they kept transfering me to people who werent at their phones or just didnt answer, each time having had to wait 30+ minutes to get a hold of the initial person. horrible customer service. but the engine was in good condition and ran fine
I would never recommend this company to anyone. My grandpa ordered an engine, it arrived broken. (From the looks of the damage it is clear it happened before being shipped) We have reached out to the company via email but no resolution has been made. The lack of communication and total disregard for customer satisfaction is horrendous.
