Great staff. Linda, Olivia. Claudia and Dr.Choudhary were all very professional. Entire process was exceptional. Highly recommend this team should you require this procedure.
I am a rather difficult patient to handle, veins hide and are incredibly difficult to stick at the best of times. Everyone handled everything with professionalism and care, which is an often delicate balance for health care. They even made sure to update my wife in the waiting room with developments, instead of just making her wait with no updates. Non-standard procedure with above standard care.
In for my first routine colonoscopy. Let me just start with how amazing it is that they are open on Saturdays! Had an amazing experience with the whole staff. From the front receptionist to everyone in the back and Dr Bismar himself they were all amazing and treated me so kindly. I would definitely come back for future procedures and highly recommend!! 10/10
Great experience overall at this clinic. I came in with persistent GERD symptoms that had been going on for months, and the doctor took my concerns seriously and moved quickly to get me scheduled for an endoscopy. The staff throughout the visit, nurses, anesthesia team, front desk, were all professional and made me feel comfortable given how nervous I was. Everyone I encountered in this building from the receptionist at check-in to the nurses, anesthesiologist and doctor were all wonderful. My only complaint is whatever was on the TV in the waiting area was annoying, but I wasn't out there long.
