After being referred to an another Endodontist by my general dentist that was not a preferred provider in my plan, I went to Southwest Endodontics instead as they were a “preferred provider”. Very nice people and office, however, my insurance was billed $424 for a short consult visit, of which I had to pay $269. I was then told later the apicoectomy surgery that was recommended would be billed to my insurance at a cost of approximately $4,900 with my copay coming to $2,940 after insurance. I was referred to Dr. Damas for a root canal. As these things go, the whole process was pretty painless. The front desk was super friendly, and Dr. Damas was kind, gentle, and great at explaining things along the way. I highly recommend Southwest Endodontics.
