Complete and total scam on their prices. My insurance said that the "covered charge" for a service was $140. The office charges $435 for the service!!!! Insurance says because we live in Illinois they can charge whatever they want. That's a $295 difference in what should have been charged. And of course I couldn't get the root canal done without this CT scan. Make sure you are willing to pay out the nose for them!!!

I had work done at my dentist and a temporary bridge put in, but it became apparent over time that something was wrong. I was referred to SW Endodontics in Orland Park and made an appointment. However, several days before my appointment I spent a Sunday in pain. I took off work the next day and went to my dentist, but they said the only thing to help with the pain was to see the endodontist. I called SW and prayed they could get me in same day. I have had two root canals performed by Dr. Damas and her team. The services were professional and thoughtful throughout. My experience was excellent from start to finish. I didn't experience any discomfort. I highly recommend Southwest Endodontics.
Drove over an hour for my appointment and ran late—Dr. Damas stayed late just so I could be seen. She is kind, gentle, and professional, with a fantastic assistant. Truly appreciate the extra care!
