unprofessional, no empathy towards patients and terrible patient treatment
Veterans Beware. I was sent here by the Veteran's Choice Program and I will never return. The nurse practitioner was dismissive and angry the second she came into the treatment room, but she wasn't half as bad as the doctor. Both of them were dismissive of previous confirmed diagnoses, going as far as to say that Fibromyalgia is only caused by low vitamin D, and questioning whether my degenerative disc disease and herniated discs required surgery or if the doctor had 'just wanted me to lose weight'.
