Had to call them for my Dad in January. One of the Paramedics was such a condescending jerk. Called. Complained. Was told he was "borrowed from out of town". Okay, cool. Still a jerk. Still needs reported. Said supervisor would call back. Never did.
I've had to use this ambulance service multiple times, they passed along false information which I had to pay the consequences for. There needs to be a thorough review on the paramedics they hire here or just shut down this place entirely.
