I had a wellness check on my aunt because she had been in and out of hospital. The police department transferred me to EMS and the worker there was extremely rude, refused to answer any questions and told mei called an Emergency line. I mean, first I didn’t, next it was an emergency being they picked up my aunt.

So thankful for Southwest EMS services! Twice now we've relied on their excellent and caring EMT's to arrive quickly and make a safe transport to the hospital with our loved one. Ron and Charlie are awesome EMT's, both so kind and considerate and made a stressful situation much more calm. The senior tech, Ron, is especially great - he knows exactly what to do/say while professionally making everything ready. My husband was having trouble breathing took him to acute care ambulance arrived and immediately knew he was having heart attack and they went right to work on him they rushed him to hospital and they saved his life the only thing was the bill did not know that you could be members and save the high cost but we will become members as seniors we can’t afford this cost wish they advertise the membership

It would only let me give 1 star because that is the lowest. They came out and picked me up the last week of September 2021. Took me to the hospital there was not an emergency at hand. My family asked me to go so deputy sheriff made me ride when I didn’t want to. Anyways charged me $ 800 and did not charge my insurance so I called the ambulance service they told me it was my job to bill it to my insurance so I told them once they bill it to the insurance that I would take care of the remainder.
