We had them refinish our kitchen cabinet. They did a great job. They look beautiful. The company was very easy to work with. I would recommend them.
I contacted Ben (owner) with Southwest Door Refinishing to get a quote to refinish my oak front door. He provided a quote that although it seemed pricey at first it was well within current costs. Nick was the one who came out to our house and did the work in 1 day (just the outside was needed) and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Absolutely no follow up despite both calling and email. It just goes down a black hole. If you're too busy, simply communicate with clients your schedule. I don't want to use this business and feel I will be "ghosted" if there's an issue.
Excellent communication, prompt arrival and wonderful service, I would highly recommend!
Ben was very responsive and his team (Nick and Brandon) restored our mahogany doors to their origional beauty. The doors look like new!
