The office is almost never open, which makes it extremely difficult—if not impossible—to get help. Since Josie at the front desk is no longer there, it feels like no one knows what I’m talking about or how to assist me. She was knowledgeable and helpful, and without her, there seems to be a major lack of continuity and communication.
