You pay them to haul your trash once a week but they don't show up. No discount given. Prices keep going up, they say it's fuel costs, but the price doesn't go down when fuel prices go down. Guess I'll have to haul it off myself can't afford these people anymore, no point where they don't show up.

These guys work!! Great job but still nothing is done about my inconsiderate neighbors, they overlod dumpster leaving no room for the other 3 houses. Guess I'll be calling Santa Fe...

Martha has helped us the past two times over the phone and was very rude and unhelpful we have not gotten our trash picked up many times and they had put a credit for it but still never came and got the trash we decided to cancel with them with a balance due but we never had anything picked up this month and had already paid last month and tried taking a card over the phone which in my opinion is not safe and asked to send us a bill to see why we where being charged and to pay and was mad about that we weren’t going to be pa... read more

These guys are the WORST!!! Always running late and forget it around the holidays!! Zero communication to let the customer know what’s going on. Personally, I’m fed up and will be making a change this next week.

The rates keep going up with NO notice. And there are days we get no trash pickup but still have to pay full price. When I call no one ever picks up. WHY?
