Horrible attitude. Just called to get a W-9 from them because we were a customer. He kept asking why we needed it and hung up on me. Very rude!

I called and no one answered. I received a call back about 20 minutes later and they guy just says yeah. I asked him does he perform engine swaps he says no, then I ask, so you don't do engine repairs and he hangs up. I called back and he answers, and I ask why did he hang up, he tells me "We're busy"!
