The staff at the front desk are rude and incompetent. I sat for 2.5 hours and when I went to ask why, it was because they didn't put my chart out for the nurse. I had multiple referrals to specialty clinics...none were received by the office I was referred to. I had appointments but nothing else had been done for the referral. Last but not least, my husband has recently been diagnosed with cancer. it's 6 weeks post surgery and he spiked a temp, developed a debilitating headache, and the glands in his neck and under his chin ... read more
