The office staff is extremely rude, if you have a referral to this office understand that the doctor can and will deny it. I waited 2 weeks to request an office visit, yes, request because the Office staff refuses to even look at a referral until after 7-10 Business days. After waiting the 10days, I call for an appointment and the staff member places me on hold and states the doctor denied referral, I understand the doctor has a right to review a referral but they should just be honest and tell you that they don't want new p... read more
Generally had a good experience here but the doctors schedule did not align with my own. I’m a teacher and during my regular breaks the doctor was often out of town. The front office staff is more of the issue at this office as they are often rude and short with me. I’d say that the nurses and doctor are quite friendly and approachable though.
I called SWE because I was given a referral by my pcp. They said that they never received it, and that was a blatant lie, they absolutely had it. They said that I should call my referring provider and I did. My pcp's office assured me the referral was delivered via fax. How professional could they have been by telling me on the first call that they are making enough money that they are not taking new patients? Full speed ahead and I will find a professional endocrinologist to spend my money on.
First off this place always sends you to voicemail and they don’t call you back until DAYS later… and if you happen to talk to the front desk the lady is very rude, disrespectful and short with you. No wonder why most of the reviews about this place are horrible and only one star. Unprofessional and not suited to be helping anyone in need! For your own sake go anywhere else!
