I reached out to Southwest Dental Group weeks ago, hoping to get help for my daughter who has special needs. I didn’t expect a red carpet just basic human decency, a return call, or an acknowledgment. Unfortunately, I received absolutely nothing in response. Not a message, not an email, not a call back. I have received nothing but excetional care from both, Dr. Tentler and Dr. Matthew Pierce. Both doctors were extremely caring and concerned, friendly while maintaining professional and high standards of service. I wanted to thank the staff at the office: Marzena and other ladies for taking such great care of me when I was ill. I had wisdom tooth filled today and went smooth as I expected. I've been going to Dr Tentler and Dr Pierce for several years. My daughter was so scared of the dentist, but I heard that Dr Tentler was very good with kids and special needs people. He was so patient with her to make her comfortable. Now she goes no problem. I'll be a customer for life. Dr Tentler and Dr Pierce are awesome for my family. 😁😁
