SO OVER THIS PLACE IT'S VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
Horrible place to stay I moved out of my place in June. After living there for a year my plates was stolen off my vehicle. They are bug infested I was moved on the horrible lane to stay on Rio Tinto. I did everything I was suppose to do for as turning in all 4 keys two for the front door and two for the mail box. I also turn in a letter 30days before moving out. I am a resident here at Southwest Apt. I have complained of leaks in my bathroom from 2 months after i moved in that leaks in to my tub tht was painted when i moved in. Paint in tub has chipped away exposing the rust in floor of the tub. Just recently i came home from work and had to immediately call the emergency number a little before 12 midnight. I didn't receive a call back until after 6:30 am having to remedy the leak myself. After 6 am i spoke with the maintenance man notifying him of the leak in my living room onto my... read more
